In addition worked as Research Investigator for six months in the Project entitled, “The Evaluation of Self Employment Scheme” sponsored by Department of Industries, Government of Himachal Pradesh and also worked for two years under World Bank Storage Project under the H.P. State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Shimla as field officer. University, Shimla and is the approved Counsellor for Management Programmes of Indira Gandhi Open University. Worked as co-ordinator for refresher course in Commerce, conducted by A.S.C., H.P.U., Shimla, May, 1998. Presently Dr. Pathania is the Consultant with World Bank
