Has also attended two trainings of NCDC, First
of Mobile Guide for three and half month and
second of Trainer’s for one month duration
at TOPIC Training Centre of NCDC at New Delhi
and also attended two courses on BDP of PACS
and Consumer and Marketing Societies at VAMNICOM
at Pune. Attended one month Orientation Course
and 3 three week Refresher Courses in Commerce
conducted by Academic Staff College, H.P. University,
Shimla and is the approved Counsellor for Management
Programmes of Indira Gandhi Open University.
Worked as co-ordinator for refresher course
in Commerce, conducted by A.S.C., H.P.U., Shimla,
May, 1998. Presently Dr. Pathania is the Consultant
with World Bank
